I'm glad you asked! Upskilling Week 2023 is a significant effort that's in sync with the United Nations' World Youth Skills Day.

Let's celebrate 🎉 this week by recognising the importance of equipping young people with the necessary skills to succeed in their careers and lives.

Join us from June 19th to 23rd for Upskilling Week. Whether you want to enhance your communication skills, get better at project management, or improve your leadership abilities, we have something for everyone.

Young people are drivers of change and must be fully engaged in decisions affecting their future. Guided by the United Nations Youth 2030 strategy, I urge everyone to act for youth skills development as a priority, at the Summit and beyond.

To participate in Upskilling Week 2023, all you need to do is book a time to speak with one of our friendly Grandshake team members.

We'll be happy to guide you through the registration process and help you plan your week of skill-building activities.

As a student, you'll gain new skills, earn badges, and compete for prizes like a $500 cash voucher and National Upskilling Award. The top Career Leaders also win $500.

#1 Level Up'er | $500

Given to the most engaged student based on participation and completion of upskilling.

Experience Hustler | $100

Given to the student who completes the most virtual work experiences.

Youth Sustainability Honor | $100

Complete the 👉 Communications & Sustainability Cadet and/or 👉 Junior Environmental Planner to entered into a draw.

National Upskilling Career Leader | $500

This award is given to the Career leader who creatively promotes and enhances the skills of their students.

State Skill'er | $50

A draw of students in each state who have enrolled and completed programs during the national Upskilling Week.
